Blooming Jewels is a division of Sweetfields, Inc. (www.sweetfields.com). Sweetfields is the leading producer of real, candied edible flowers. In the summer of 2007, John Clemons, Sweetfields' President & Founder, gathered some SweetCrystal (crystallized) Pansies, coated them in a thick plastic material, and attached pins to the back so that the Sweetfields team could wear the flowers during the Fancy Food Show in New York City. Attendess of the show would not stop asking wear they could purchase the Pansy Brooches. Shortly after the show, Blooming Jewels was launched and since then, the technique to strengthen and preserve the flowers indefinitely has been perfected.

Today, Blooming Jewels offers hand crafted jewelry (primarily necklaces) that are made with only the finest materials and REAL flowers that will never wilt!
